  • Diane - Nope not at all reassuring to our corn-free home. Bob's products are all at high risk of corn contamination. Plus, so many of us have been told again and again by many different companies that their "xanthan is corn free" yet, we all get sick from it. We avoid all xanthan period.

    Gluten free and corn free- we stick to guar gum if we have to have a gum for baking.
