We love, love, love 5 Napkin Burger for their juicy burgers on gluten free buns and gluten free french fries–as well as their waitstaff and kitchen who are all knowledgeable about the menu. Would love to see a gluten free menu in the future. There are also locations in Astoria, Hell’s Kitchen, Midtown and South Beach. The owners of 5 Napkin Burger also own Nice-Matin and Nizza.

Trattoria Sambuca
Family style italian restaurant on the upper west side which has a gluten free menu. I haven’t eaten there in a while but it wasn’t the best italian I have had. The bread was terrible (hopefully they have changed brands by now) and kind of dark. Still, worth mentioning because they do have a gluten free menu.
