  • Katy - That is one of the most frustrating aspects of eating without certain things in our foods. We have learned over the years that "non" or "free" can actually meanm, "has just a little". Really? Then say, "lite" on your box instead of "non" or "free". I wish companies would fully disclose this type of information as many of us get very sick due to their, well I will just call it what it is, lying. I get the FDA guidelines. Hey, FDA, make them be totally free of a food if they are going to call it such.
