I think my thyroid wasn't working, but instead of taking drugs so far, I've managed to bring it to normal levels by adding iodine to my diet, it is obvious I didn't get much by the list of foods that contain it. The only food I had been eating is eggs (just the whites) and sometimes yogurt. I now feel incredible, energetic and weight is coming off!!ReplyCancel
