So Easy! Gluten Free Banana Bread
3 large ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter or butter alternative
1.5 cups all purpose GF flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking sode
Preheat to 325, grease 9×5 loaf pan.
Mash bananas — you should have 1 cup, beat in sugar, egg, butter. Mix in dry ingredients. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Sometimes I use a more shallow cake pan and bake for only 30 minutes.
Anonymous - Thank you for posting a very simple GF banana bread recipe. The only thing I added was vanilla and walnuts. I used the Bobs Red Mill GF Biscuit & Baking Mix
