Hey, I was given a great cookbook for Christmas that's gluten-free, casein-free, nut-free, egg-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free, and coconut-free. The recipes are very good and easy to do. It's called "The Super Allergy Girl Gluten-Free, Casein-Free, Nut-Free Allergy and Celiac Cookbook" by Lisa Lundy. Just thought I would pass it on to your readers and to you.
