Okay, I do feel a bit better! My kids got a kick out of the playmobile characters in the hot tub, that is just too cute.

It’s my second year making a GFCF gingerbread houses. Plus, at my kids preschool they have a benefit where they decorate a dozen gingerbread houses and auction them off. I have been working on that for the last four years so I have gotten pretty good at the decorating thing. AND I WENT TO COOKING SCHOOL AND WORKED IN PASTRY IN RESTAURANTS SO I DO HAVE SOME FORMAL TRAINING! Our Family is His..we used SKITTLES for the little round candies.

I am in awe….even when we could eat gluten, AND I bought the ready made kit, my houses still fell apart, lol. This is the one thing that I’m still intimidated to try gluten free, but maybe this will be the year. The houses (and kids!) are adorable.
