Not only was your dough easy to work with, but the video showing how to make perfect circles resulted in a perfect batch of circles about 4 inches in diameter. Thanks so much for sharing this! Certainly beats paying $30-$40 for a box of matzah!

That’s a common myth. It just needs to be supervised by a Torah-observant Jew (mashgiach). Your matzo looks great!
