Gluten Free Orzo is hard to find and this Edison Organic Quinoa Orzo is the first I have ever seen. The ingredients listed in this product are: Organic Rice and Quinoa. Many people have asked me for a recommendation for gluten free orzo over the years and sadly I have not found any–until now. This product is not labeled gluten free on the package but it is free from gluten ingredients and it is listed as gluten free on the Edison Grainery website. We found this Edison Organic Orzo at Stuart’s Seafood Market in Amagansett, NY but you can also order it online HERE.
They also sell Organic Sprouted Brown Rice, Organic Sprouted Green Lentils, Organic Sprouted Mung Beans and Organic Sprouted Quinoa as well as beans, grains, seeds and superfoods. Anyone trying to move to a more vegetarian diet should investigate the sprouted, organic products at Edison Organic Grainery as sprouting increases nutrition availability.
