What a treat to stumble upon this Anellini pasta by Shar at the Food Emporium at 80th and 3rd Avenue in NYC. The bite size o’s are perfect for chicken noodle soup. My kids also love spelling out words with the Barkat Alphabet Pasta that we found at the Gluten Free Mall. Barkat makes a similar corn pasta that is animal shapes. Chicken soup is a staple at my house and the kids take it in a thermos to school for lunch. *
