I just forced myself to sit through about half of Food, Inc. Oy vey! I am so disgusted right now I don't want to even drink a glass of water. I will watch the rest of it tonight after the boys go to bed (they woke up, which is why I had to turn it off at that point). There were a few parts I had to avert my eyes from, it was just too much for me. And this is how our food is processed each day. I would be more distressed if I hadn't just found an all natural, grass-fed, organic farm not 2 miles from my home that allows you full access to their facilities, and the price is actually CHEAPER than the meat I buy in the store (I buy the better cuts, so that's why. Not concerned about that being an indicator of anything.). I am taking my tour very soon, maybe today if I can get it in.
