LOL I love your &quot;design&quot; though. Who could resist that? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apples are so good for you. I try to eat at least one a day. I&#039;ve read they wake you up as much as a cup of coffee, so I usually eat one for breakfast and/or afternoon snack. I peeled and cut up one today, then added pecans, a litte honey, and milk poured over all for an easy gluten-free breakfast cereal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shirley]]></description>
