You do all of the heavy lifting for us average Gluten-Free Moms who aren’t part scientist. On your suggestion I added a multiple enzyme combination chewable called Zyme Prime (Houston Nutraceuticals) to my sons daily supplements over a year ago. I think it’s one of the keys to his digestion and how well he’s doing now.
