It is made with coconut milk and sweetened with agave. Very tasty! We also make our own with a vita-mix and ice cream maker. When my daughter was younger and still healing from gluten damage, my husband would make this “ice cream” and put probiotics, Vit. D, and glutamine in it for her. Sometimes he pours it into popsicle molds for her also. Now she eats probiotics right off the spoon!
