My five year old and I have been gluten/dairy free for a year and half now. I recently found the Vitamin Code vitamins and have switched him from the nordic naturals to it, I open the family version and dump it in his fruit and veggie juice with the eferevescent calcium. His constipation is nearly gone now, so its a really good one. Keep up the great work and good luck with your mission.
