		<description><![CDATA[I would have LOVED to go to this. And I think the points you make about gluten and some of the autism spectrum disorders could be very very spot on. Just as I am witnessing so many children being mistakingly diagnosed as having ADHD and other diseases who simply were chemically sensitive to dyes and preservatives in their food. At this point I don&#039;t have any reason to suspect gluten intolerance in our family but should new symptoms arise you can bet it would be the first (along with dairy) to be tested and eliminated. I believe most of the diseases we deal with are at some level (current or previous) related to our diet.]]></description>
